Mark Heinrich

Mark Heinrich possesses extensive experience in the retail and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the General Manager Retail and Head of Operations at Koko Black Chocolate since July 2018. Prior to this role, Mark was the Business Development Manager at Grill'd Healthy Burgers from January 2015 to October 2021. Mark also has a background in entrepreneurship, having founded Jaxx Restaurant and Artisan, as well as owning Archigos Consulting and Dulce Cafe Franchise. Mark holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Australian Institute of Business, completed in October 2022.
