Head Of Product Design at Kokoon

Guillaume Parrin has a diverse work experience in product design and development. Guillaume started their career as a Product Designer at SLI France, where they created innovative designs for ceiling lights and managed new product development projects. Afterwards, they worked as a Product Engineer at Dorel Europe, focusing on designing baby furniture, bottles, and accessories.

Guillaume then joined DKB Household UK Ltd as a Design Manager, where they were responsible for creating ranges of salt and pepper mills. Guillaume successfully designed the Gourmet Precision range and upgraded core mills with new mechanisms.

Guillaume then worked as a Freelance Industrial Designer before joining Cambridge Design Partnership as a Consultant Industrial Designer. During their time at Cambridge Design Partnership, they created innovative products in the healthcare, consumer, and industrial sectors. Notably, they designed the Pyrex Optimum glass roaster range to celebrate Pyrex's 100th anniversary.

Afterwards, Guillaume joined D3O as a Senior Industrial Designer and Project Leader. Guillaume focused on expanding the company's product portfolio by creating new products incorporating D3O's impact absorption technology. Guillaume'smain achievement was the design and development of the BP3 back protector range.

Next, they served as the Head of New Product Development at Senzer Limited, where they led the design and development of the company's product portfolio and set the strategic design direction. Guillaume also worked as the Design Development Director at Senzer Limited.

Before their current role, Guillaume worked at Maddison Design as a Senior Designer, where they developed the company's product and digital design business, particularly in medical, scientific, industrial, and consumer markets.

Currently, Guillaume is the Head of Product Design at Kokoon Technology, where they lead the product design and engineering of the Kokoon product portfolio, as well as the MyKokoon App UX Design. Guillaume is responsible for setting the design direction and designing and developing new device projects.

Guillaume PARRIN received a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Université Jean Monnet Saint-Etienne in 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they attended ISD (Institut Supérieur de Design) where they studied Product and Transportation Design.
