Cheryl Sharp (Chart. Fellow CIPD)

Cheryl Sharp is currently working as the HR Director at Europe Snacks UK since July 2022. Before that, they were an Interim ER Consultant at BT from June 2021 to June 2022. Prior to their role at BT, Cheryl served as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Catalyst Housing Limited from August 2020 to July 2021, and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from April 2020 to August 2020. Cheryl also worked as the HR Director (self-employed) at SHARP HR SOLUTIONS LTD from May 2015 to March 2020. Cheryl also worked as a Senior HR Adviser at CHC Scotia from August 2009 to October 2010 and at Baxters Food Group from 2007 to 2009. Cheryl's career began as an HR Adviser at Grampian Country Food Group, where they worked from 2005 to 2007.

Cheryl Sharp has a PgDip in Human Resources from the University of Dundee. Cheryl also obtained the Chartered Fellow certification from CIPD in June 2014. In addition, Cheryl has other certifications including Advanced Train the Trainer from the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD, Leading High Performance Teams from Oceaneering, Mentally Healthy Workplaces from Healthy Working Lives Scotland, and NEBS Management Certificate from Dundee College. Cheryl is currently studying Organisational Psychology through Open Learning.
