Anca Gardea

Anca Gardea has worked in various roles in the technology industry since 2005. Anca began their career as a QA Engineer at Satyam Computer Services Limited in Hyderabad, India in 2005. In 2006, they moved to Monster Technologies as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer/QA Lead. After four years, they joined WePow (Inovaz Creative Studio) as the Software QA Director. In 2014, they founded Busolinea, a Corporate Incubator/Innovation Lab, and served as the Head of Product & Technology. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Co-founder and Head of Product & Technology at Kolors.

Anca Gardea attended Universitatea “Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași from 1999 to 2004, where they earned a BSc in Computer Science. In 2011, they earned an MSc in Management from UCL, with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General. Anca is also certified in cPrime CSM.
