Vinod Patil

Vinod Patil is currently the Company Secretary at Kolte-Patil Developers. Vinod has over 16 years of experience in secretarial and corporate matters, including compliance with corporate governance, the Companies Act, 2013, and listing agreements, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange regulations. Vinod has also been instrumental in finalizing shareholders' agreements, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, and appearing before high courts, SEBI, and the Registrar of Companies. In addition, they have consulted with various accounting firms on corporate and tax matters.

Most recently, Vinod successfully handled an Initial Public Offer (IPO) for Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd for Rs 275 Crores, as well as a NCDs issue for Rs.100 Crs. Vinod has also overseen compliances with FEMA relating to FDI of Rs.500 Crs. In addition, they have launched a fixed deposit scheme for Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd.( Rs.25 Crs.), and successfully managed investor relations both before and after the IPO issue.

Vinod Patil has a degree in company law from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, which they completed in 2000. Vinod also has a law degree from ILS Law College in Pune, which they completed in 1997, and a degree in commerce from SSVPS College in Dondaicha, which they completed in 1993. Additionally, they have completed PE II from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in the field of accounting and finance.
