Kevin Grams

Kevin Grams, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM), has a wealth of experience in accounting roles. Kevin currently serves as the Division Accounting Manager at The Kolter Group, overseeing full cycle accounting duties. Prior to this, Kevin worked at Bluegreen Vacations as an Accounting Manager, where Kevin managed accounting operations for multiple resorts. With a background in corporate and pension audits, Kevin's expertise also includes preparing financial statements and budgets. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
