Meg Phillips

Head, Knowledge Management & Capacity Building at Koltiva

Meg Phillips is an experienced professional in project implementation and sustainable agriculture with a strong background in coordinating programs across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. As the Head of Programs at Koltiva since January 2019, Meg oversees global project services that engage over 300 Field Agents and empower numerous smallholder farmers, while previously serving as a Senior Advisor and Sustainability Program Implementation Manager with significant contributions to sustainability project design and field training efforts. Meg's expertise extends to a tenure as an Advisor with OECD's Southeast Asia Regional Programme, and as a Program Coordinator for Swisscontact's Sustainable Cocoa Production Program, effectively managing training initiatives for cocoa farmers. Meg holds a Master's degree in International Management and Sustainability from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in International Studies from Monash University.
