Melanie Taylor Peire

Melanie Taylor Peire serves as the Human Resources Director at KOMAN Holdings, LLC since November 2020, leading a team of 10 employees and overseeing key HR areas for 10 subsidiaries engaged in government contracts. Previously, Melanie held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager, managing a smaller team and supporting construction subsidiaries. Melanie’s extensive HR experience includes roles at Freeport-McMoRan, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing staffing activities to facilitating HRIS transitions, along with other HR functions at AT&T, Apollo Group, and Accent Construction. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and an Associate degree in General Studies from Eastern Arizona College.
