Louise Fribo is a distinguished coloratura soprano with extensive performance experience since February 2003. Currently recognized as the 1st Prize winner at the Vienna New Year’s Concert Competition since January 2022, Louise has portrayed leading roles in notable productions, including Zerbinetta in "Ariadne auf Naxos" and the Königin der Nacht in "Die Zauberflöte." Contributions to esteemed companies include performances with the Deutsche Grammophon in the DVD recording of Mozart’s "Il Sogno di Scipione," the Leipziger Kammerorchester in Bach's "Weihnachtsoratorium," and multiple roles at the Komische Oper Berlin and Staatsoper Hamburg. Louise is a graduate of the Det Kongelige Danske Musikkonservatorium, where Opera studies were completed from 2000 to 2004, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Dance from Bush Davies, undertaken from 1986 to 1989.
