Bruce Hess

Bruce Hess has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bruce began their career at Bell Laboratories in 1972, where they initially served as a Member Technical Staff and later became a Supervisor in System Testing. At Bell Laboratories, they managed software quality assurance and the design and development of test automation tools. In 1985, they joined Bellcore as a Client Services Partner and worked there until 1997. In this role, they provided services to clients and managed client relationships. From 1997 to 2001, they served as a Senior Director at Telcordia Technologies, where they were responsible for business and operations management. Bruce then worked at TKG Technologies, LLC as an Operations and Project Manager from 2001 to 2003. In 2004, Bruce worked as a Business & Information Systems Consultant, providing consulting services to a software company and pharmaceutical companies. Finally, since 2005, they have held the position of Director of Administrative Systems at Komline-Sanderson.

Bruce Hess received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Physics from Taylor University, where they studied from 1966 to 1970. Bruce further pursued their education at Purdue University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 1971 to 1972.
