Jayesh Bafna

Jayesh Bafna has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in different roles and companies.

Jayesh started their career as an Analyst Programmer at Accenture in 2006, where they worked on a major project for Allstate Insurance as a tech lead, tech mentor, and lead designer until June 2010.

In 2011, they interned at Cummins for three months in the NRPI department.

From 2012 to 2023, Jayesh worked at Cummins Inc. in various roles. Jayesh started as a Senior Manager in April 2012 and remained in that role until December 2014. From January 2015 to November 2016, they served as the Off-highway Parts Marketing Leader. Jayesh then became the Deputy General Manager from December 2016 to April 2018. From April 2018 to February 2021, they worked as the Product Manager - Power Systems. Later, they served as the Product Management Leader from March 2021 to March 2023.

Currently, Jayesh holds the position of Vice President - Aftermarket at Komline since March 2023, indicating a recent advancement in their career.

Jayesh Bafna completed their education in a chronological order. In 2000, they attended Jai Hindu Jobs and obtained their HSC degree in Science. From 2002 to 2006, Jayesh attended Thadomal Shahani Engineering College in Mumbai, where they earned a B.E. degree in Electronic and Telecommunication. Jayesh then pursued further education at SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a PGDM degree in Information Management. Concurrently, in 2011, Jayesh also attended Reutlingen University and completed an MBA International Management program, with an international exchange at ESB.
