Olivier Linden

Olivier Linden serves as a Senior Legal Advisor at the National Board of Trade since January 2006, specializing in commercial law, EU law related to the Single Market, e-commerce, EU sanctions, and compliance. Previous roles include Of Counsel at Sciaroni & Associates, where Olivier focused on corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, telecoms, forestry, and anti-corruption measures. Earlier experience includes becoming Head of the Banking and Finance Practice Group with Sciaroni Associates in Cambodia and holding positions as Managing Associate at Linklaters, in-house lawyer at Sydkraft and Skandia, and a legal consultant on European energy regulations. Olivier’s academic background includes ongoing PhD studies at Utrecht University and advanced degrees in law from various esteemed institutions, including Sciences Po Strasbourg and Stockholm University.
