Carolyn Bai

Carolyn Bai currently serves as a Talent Development Manager at Komodo Health, having joined the company in December 2023. Prior to this role, Carolyn held various positions focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion at Cloudera from September 2020 to December 2023, where responsibilities included leading global initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster an inclusive culture. Carolyn also worked as a Project Manager for Learning & Diversity at Pivotal Software, Inc. from July 2018 to June 2020 and began a career in HR as a student assistant with Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc. Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and is pursuing further education at Charles University since 2016.
