Sune Wettersteen

Sune Wettersteen is a Co-Founder and CTO with experience in product development, processes, strategy, organization, and technology platforms. Sune played a key role in the strategy design and execution, risk management, regulatory compliance, security, and development of the first cloud-native bank platform in Denmark. Sune also has experience as a Trusted Advisor and Co-Founder/CTO at Grant Compass, where they provided guidance and leadership. Additionally, they served in various roles at Zmags, including Development Manager, Technical Manager, Software Architect & Team Lead, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer. At Zmags, Sune focused on breaking down barriers between departments, revamping development processes, implementing continuous delivery, and increasing employee engagement. Sune also has experience as a Guest Lecturer at the Copenhagen Business School, where they lectured on Organizational Theory, specifically addressing organizational structure in rapidly growing companies. Prior to that, Sune worked as a freelance Software Developer.

Sune Wettersteen attended Frederiksberg Tekniske Gymnasium from 2001 to 2004. During this time, the exact degree and field of study are unknown. Following this, Sune pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Technology from 2004 to 2009 at DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
