Pegah Afsharian

Pegah Afsharian is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in non-profit and community-focused organizations. As Co-founder and COO of Kompis Sverige since April 2023, Pegah actively promotes inclusivity through connections between new and established Swedes, a mission initiated in 2013. Additionally, Pegah serves as Vice Chairman and Board Member at UNICEF Sverige since May 2019 and held the role of Community Lead for Sweden at Ashoka Nordic from December 2021 to March 2023. Previous positions include Co-founder of Oumi.app and Project Manager at 29k, a non-profit tech startup dedicated to personal growth. Educational credentials include studies at Lund University and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
