Krystina Perich has a diverse work experience. Krystina started their career in 2004 as an Office Assistant and Tour Guide at Southern New Hampshire University's Office of Admission. In 2007, they joined Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a Management Assistant and worked there until 2010. Following that, they worked at Daniel Webster College as a Student Recruitment Representative and also served as an Instructor, teaching Strategies for Success to incoming students.

In 2012, Krystina became a Business Development Manager- IT at Ivesia, and then moved to Ivesia Solutions in 2013, where they briefly worked as an IT Recruiter. From 2013 onwards, they joined Koncert (formerly ConnectLeader) and had two roles within the company. Krystina initially worked as a Training and Technical Support Representative, where they provided client on-boarding, product training, troubleshooting, and created training materials. Later, they took on the role of a Customer Success Manager.
