Lisa Ferguson

Lisa Ferguson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and training. Currently, Lisa serves as a Training Coordinator at Kondex Corporation since June 2022. Additionally, Lisa has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Moraine Park Technical College since November 1989, teaching a variety of courses related to Marketing, Leadership Development, and Computers in multiple delivery formats. Lisa's roles have included Careers Instructor, Instructional Designer, and Tech Prep School to Work Associate, focusing on career development and curriculum quality. Lisa holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
