Denise Bell

Denise Bell currently serves as the Area Talent Management & DEI Manager for the Americas at KONE, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Denise held various leadership positions at Mercer from August 2010 to May 2022, including Principal in Talent Strategy and DEI, where responsibilities encompassed business development and project management in talent strategy. Denise began professional endeavors as an Executive Recruiter at Bloom Gross & Associates, specializing in MBA recruiting. Denise earned a BS in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Northwestern University and an MBA in Marketing from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
