Matthew Whyte

Matthew Whyte currently serves as the Engineering Manager at KONE Corporation, overseeing the engineer-to-order process and the design of Heavy Duty Transit escalator units and EcoMod units. Prior experience includes a decade at The Timken Company, where Matthew held multiple titles, including Manager of Application Engineering and Engineering Section Manager for Mobile Products, emphasizing product development, engineering training, and talent development. Earlier roles featured responsibilities as a Product Engineer, focusing on auger screw conveyors and tools for manufacturing efficiency. Additionally, Matthew worked as a Campus Missionary with The Fellowship of Catholic University Students, engaging students through events and discipleship. Matthew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and several degrees from Southeastern Illinois College.
