Bob Trybula

Bob Trybula has extensive experience in sales and sales operations, with a particular focus on the Americas region. Bob has held various leadership positions at Konecranes, including Vice President - Sales and Sales Operations, Region Americas, where they led the development and implementation of sales strategies and operational improvements. Bob also served as the Sales Process Owner for North and South America, overseeing continuous improvement initiatives, resource utilization, and change management. Prior to these roles, Bob was the Vice President- Inside Sales and Sales Operations, Industrial Service and Equipment, Region Americas, where they played a crucial role in revenue generation and enhancing sales efficiency. Before joining Konecranes, Bob held positions at Capital Network Leasing Corporation as a Sr Portfolio Manager and at Kleimann Communication Group in new business development. Bob was also a Varsity Athlete at the University of Michigan.

Bob Trybula holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Bob further pursued education at Lindenwood University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from 2010 to 2012. Prior to college, Bob attended Archbishop Moeller High School, where they completed a College Preparatory program. In addition to their formal education, Bob has obtained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications from Nordic Process Improvement Oy and Lean Methods Group, respectively. The certifications were obtained in 2023 and 2022, though the exact months are not provided.
