Veli-Pekka Vuoti

Veli-Pekka Vuoti is an experienced procurement and operations professional currently serving as the Procurement Manager for BU Port Services at Konecranes since March 2012. With a diverse background, Veli-Pekka has held various senior roles at Konecranes, including Director of Operations and Global Category Manager, overseeing activities in supply, sourcing, and fleet management. Prior to Konecranes, Veli-Pekka was the Director of Sourcing at Vexve Oy and served as Procurement and Quality Manager at Metalpak Oy, where responsibilities included delivery processes and cost-saving initiatives. Early career experiences include Development Manager positions at Rannila Steel Oy and Project Researcher at the University of Vaasa. Veli-Pekka holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Vaasa and has pursued executive education at the University of Tampere.
