Ruth McPherson (Duguid)

Ruth McPherson (Duguid) has extensive experience in administrative and customer support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Regional Support Officer at Konekt since March 2014, Ruth provides administrative assistance to the Regional Manager and supports Area Managers and Consultants. Previously, at ABS Global from February 2010 to September 2013, Ruth was involved in technical writing, sales of husbandry products, and inventory control. Ruth's career began at the National Australia Bank, where from August 1987 to December 1989, responsibilities included managing a service team and engaging with customers as a Lending Officer. Ruth further developed customer service skills at Westpac from May 1991 to October 2009, focusing on customer care and promoting banking products. Ruth completed education at Cumberland High School, Carlingford, NSW.
