Andrea Ferro Fernández

Andrea Ferro Fernández has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the field of data engineering and technology. Andrea is currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at Konfío, a position they have held since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Data Director of Collections and M&A's at Konfío from July 2021 to January 2023. Andrea also had a stint as a Data Manager at Konfío from March 2021 to July 2021 and as a Senior Data Engineer from September 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Konfío, Andrea worked at Correos as a Gesti�n de tecnolog�a de la informaci�n, focusing on the creation of dashboards using SAP Business Objects and handling database management. Andrea began their career at Ritter Dragon, where they served as a Big Data Infrastructure professional, responsible for data integration, processing, and administration. Andrea also has experience in software development, having worked as a Software Developer at TNS. Andrea'searly career includes a trainee position at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they gained experience in application delivery and support for BI processes using Pentaho. Throughout their career, Andrea has gained expertise in data engineering, database management, ETL development, and application support.

Andrea Ferro Fernández completed their Bachelor's degree in Cybernetics and Computers Systems at Universidad La Salle, A.C. from 2010 to 2014. In 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Intelligence and Technological Innovation at EAE Business School, completing it in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Andrea obtained a certification in Leadership and Wellbeing from Cuéntame & Konfío Escuela de Líderes de Bienestar in November 2021.
