Ryan Moore

Ryan Moore has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently employed at Kong Inc. as the Senior Manager of Data Engineering, where they oversee teams responsible for building components that connect, analyze, and display data to help improve API operations for customers. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Toyota Research Institute as the Data Team Manager, leading a team of 14 and managing 5 engineers remotely. Ryan played a crucial role in transforming the team's prioritization process to improve predictability and transparency. Before that, Ryan worked at Nokia as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, where they led engineering teams and introduced Kafka and Flink for low latency and fault-tolerant processes. Ryan also worked at Reveal Design Automation as a Development Lead, overseeing the development of software for hardware designers. Additionally, Ryan co-founded SkySpecs, LLC, where they served as the CTO and was involved in business development and technology planning. Ryan has also held roles as a Software Engineer at Reveal Design Automation and a Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where they performed code analysis and optimization.
