Zhong Chen

Zhong Chen started their work experience in 2012 as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2013, they joined Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer and worked there until 2015. After that, they worked at Sumo Logic as a Senior Software Engineer from 2015 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Zhong Chen worked at Google as a Big Data and Analytics Cloud Consultant. Currently, they are employed at Kong Inc. as a Staff Software Engineer, starting in April 2021.

Zhong Chen completed a Master's degree in Computational Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Computing Science from Fudan University in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Zhong Chen also holds certifications as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, which they obtained in September 2019, and as a Google Cloud Certified Professional Data Engineer, obtained in August 2019.
