Blessing Charles has experience in providing back-end support, order verification, and placing orders for customers at Konga Online Shopping Ltd. Additionally, as a Customer Experience Representative, Blessing handles inbound and outgoing calls, responds to customer enquiries and requests, and fast tracks customer orders when necessary.
