Dr. Rogerio de Matos Dias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, operations, and engineering across various sectors, including automotive, mining, and railway industries. Currently serving as the Global Supplier Response Manager at Kongsberg Automotive since July 2021, Dr. Dias manages a global supply chain involving over 3,500 suppliers. Previous roles include Operations Head at BMblink, Chief Technology Officer at Hewlett-Packard for the Mining & Metals Industry, and Vice-President at Yamana Gold Inc., where significant operational improvements and cost reductions were achieved.
