Shining Sang

Shining Sang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and product development, currently serving as Senior Manager of System Engineering and R&D Product Development Manager at Kongsberg Automotive since December 2014. In this role, Shining Sang is responsible for global R&D communication, team management, and product development, leading initiatives for key products such as AMT shifters and ETC pedals, which have significantly contributed to the company's market share. Previously, from July 2011 to December 2014, Shining Sang worked at Shanghai Zhonggang Aviation as an R&D System Engineer, coordinating various technical teams for special vehicle development and improving product designs based on client needs. Shining Sang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Manufacturing Automation from Lanzhou University of Technology, completed in 2011.
