Mathijs van Staalduinen

Mathijs van Staalduinen is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and research within the automotive and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Product Development Engineer at KONI since April 2024, Mathijs previously held roles as a Research and Development Engineer at Quooker B.V. and as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at ClearMotion, where responsibilities included hydraulic system optimization and in-vehicle testing of active suspension systems. Mathijs has also worked at Post en Dekker Engineers, contributing to mechanical design and prototype development, and began their career with hands-on roles at K-M-P Motorsport Products and Apollo Vredestein. Mathijs holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and has developed a strong foundation in CAD design and data analysis throughout a progressive career.
