Shayne Chacko is an experienced project and call center manager with a strong background in overseeing large teams and managing various projects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Call Center/Project Manager for Koniag Government Services since September 2018, Shayne manages 95 employees across locations in Baltimore and North Carolina. Previous roles include Project Manager for Telesis within the Department of Treasury and Senior Manager of the PMO at Quality Technology, Inc. (QuTech), where Shayne effectively managed multiple departments and projects.
