Carolina Mendes is an experienced recruitment professional with a diverse background in human resources. Currently serving as a Recruitment & Sourcing Coordinator and previously as a Recruitment Specialist at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Portugal since October 2019, Carolina has honed expertise in sourcing and recruitment. Prior roles include Recruitment and Sourcing Consultant at Experis Portugal, Consultora de Recursos Humanos at VDC Consulting, and business management collaboration at Restaurante "O Lanche." An early career experience as a Human Resources intern at Faurecia also contributes to Carolina's solid foundation in the field.
