João Lencart

João Lencart is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management and delivery within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Service Director and Board Member at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Portugal since May 2015, João oversees service delivery operations and strategic initiatives. Prior to this role, João held senior management positions at Tecnocom from January 2008 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing the Field Management Services Business Line and various teams, as well as profit and budget management. Additionally, João has experience in project management and ERP consulting from tenure at Getronics from June 2000 to January 2008. João holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and completed a business management program at AESE Business School.
