Martin Lačný

Martin Lačný is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of European IT Service Management at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH since June 2016. In this role, Martin is responsible for building ITSM competence, overseeing IT Service Portfolio and Financial Management, and driving the implementation of ServiceNow. Previously, Martin held various leadership roles focusing on ITSM application implementations and business process consulting. Prior experience includes managing IT services at Axians redtoo AG and serving in multiple positions at IBM, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership in storage and backup recovery to service level management and automation projects. Martin holds a Master’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Masaryk University Brno.
