Cezary Szafraniec

Cezary Szafraniec is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Polska since 2023, Cezary focuses on strategy and efficiency improvement. Previously, Cezary was a Manager at KPMG from 2021 to 2023, where responsibilities included creating strategies and managing complex projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and EBITDA margins for key players in the Polish economy. As a Strategic Project Manager at Polpharma from 2018 to 2020, Cezary led strategically significant projects centered on efficiency improvements and cost optimization. Prior roles included managing corporate projects at PZU and investment strategy projects at PKN ORLEN S.A. Cezary holds a Master of Science in Finance and Banking from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of the West of Scotland.
