Rishern Naidoo has a wealth of experience in the IT field, starting with a degree in Information Technology from Sastri College. Rishern has held various roles such as Field Services Engineer at Bidvest Protea Coin and currently serves as the Service Operations Manager and Software Supervisor at Konica Minolta South Africa. Rishern's responsibilities include pre-sales consulting, solution design & implementation, desktop and server support, change management, team management, and performance monitoring. Additionally, Rishern has experience in on-site installations, support for SLA clients, and incident escalation to third-party vendors. Rishern also has a certification in N+ and has undertaken further education at DigitalCampus and Icesa City Campus.
