Evgeny Titov

Evgeny Titov currently serves as a Project Procurement Manager at Boskalis since November 2021, focusing on procurement and contracts administration processes for projects including the Oxagon project and the Harbor City Reclamation Project in Saudi Arabia and Manila Bay, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as a Contracts Engineer at Renaissance Heavy Industries, specializing in LNG processing facilities, and at Petersburg Oil Terminal, a major petroleum transshipment terminal. Additionally, Evgeny held the position of Contracts Engineer for the Nord Stream 2 project at Van Oord and served as Chief Contract Specialist at VINCI Concessions, overseeing toll highway construction. Early career experience includes various infra and civil construction projects as Deputy Project Manager and Foreman Trainee at Mostootryad 19. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s degree in Engineering from Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University, alongside ongoing certifications from CIPS and RICS, as well as specialized courses in project management and FIDIC contracts.
