Marloes Reniers

Marloes Reniers has a diverse work experience in the field of employer branding, recruitment, and marketing. Marloes worked at Boskalis from 2014 to 2023, holding various roles including Lead Employer Branding Specialist, HR Project Manager, and Team Lead Recruitment Specialist. At Boskalis, they were responsible for employer branding, target group marketing, and recruitment marketing. Marloes also served as the Board Member of Young Boskalis. Prior to that, they worked at Teleperformance Benelux as an Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie Specialist & Interne Communicatie Specialist, where they focused on promoting Teleperformance as an employer and recruiting multilingual employees. Marloes also worked at A.S. Watson Health & Beauty Benelux as an Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie & Recruitment Specialist, responsible for the recruitment communications strategy and implementing the social media strategy. Additionally, they worked at Intelligence Group & Campaign Group as a Marketing & Communicatie Coördinator, where they were involved in marketing and communication activities. Marloes'sfirst role was as an Adviseur Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie at Campaign Group, where they provided advisory services for companies in the area of employer branding and recruitment.

Marloes Reniers completed their education at Dongemond College, where they studied Havo from 1999 to 2005. Marloes then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communications at Fontys University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2009. Later, they enrolled at Avans University of Applied Sciences from 2009 to 2011 to complete another Bachelor's degree in Business Economics.
