Roald Treffers

Roald Treffers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and engineering, specializing in hydraulic engineering. Currently serving as Manager Tender for the Business Unit Seabed Intervention at Boskalis since June 2014, Roald has held several roles at the company, including Desk Manager Import & Export Facilities and Sr. Proposal Engineer, contributing to various offshore subsea contracting projects. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer/Manager at Royal HaskoningDHV, focusing on flood safety and land reclamation. Roald's career began with a graduate position at Deltares and included internships and leadership roles in various organizations, alongside academic training from Delft University of Technology, where a Master’s degree in Hydraulic Engineering was earned.
