Ben Gliksman

Ben Gliksman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and venture capital. Currently serving as Senior VP and General Counsel at Zynik Capital and Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary at Konscious Foods since January 2023, Ben Gliksman co-founded KEEP Labs in 2019. Previous roles include Head of Legal at Picus Capital and Senior Attorney at Thompson Legal Advisory Services, where Ben Gliksman advised on significant venture capital and private equity transactions globally. Earlier experience includes a corporate associate position at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and an associate role at Bennett Jones LLP. Ben Gliksman holds an LL.B. from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School and an Hon.B.A. in Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University.
