Karin Lersten is a Principal and Head of the People team at Konsert Strategy & IP, where strategic management consulting services are provided to technology-driven organizations. With a background that includes managing the Strategic Marketing team and serving as a Senior Associate at the same firm, Karin has led various strategy and organizational efficiency initiatives. Prior experience includes project management on the Knowledge Management Platform project at GU Ventures, co-founding the high-tech bio start-up Tibria, and working as a Laboratory Assistant at Arla Foods. Karin holds multiple degrees, including an M.Sc. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Chalmers University of Technology and an M.Sc. in Biotechnology from the same institution.
