Erik Pieczatkowski

Erik was the Project/ Account Executive, Pinchiff Mechanical, 2017-2019. He successfully sold and managed over $5.5 million dollars worth of work at +25% margin within the first year. He was an Account Executive at McKinstry Co, Special Projects Division, Seattle, 2008- 2017. Responsible for over $40 million dollars of construction projects within vertical market such as Healthcare, Commercial office, Data Center, Mixed Use, High End Residential, K-12 and Higher Education, and Government.

Previously, he was the Project Manager at McKinstry Co, Special Projects Division, Seattle, 2004-2008. Managed many different projects around the Seattle area such as heating and ventilation projects to more complex installations involving critical environments, data centers, research laboratories and hospitals.

He holds a BS in Construction Management and BA in Business emphasis in Real Estate from Washington State University (1999-2004).
