Joanna Wolczanska

Joanna Wolczanska has a long history of working in the Human Resources and Recruitment fields. Joanna began their career in 2009 as a Consultant in the IT/Telecoms; ITO/BPO sector at Hays Poland. Joanna then joined Alexander Mann Solutions as a Support Sourcing Specialist. In 2012, they began working at Sabre Holdings as a Recruitment Specialist/Senior Recruitment Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong relationships with local and foreign managers, and preparing HR/Recruitment statistics for senior leadership. In 2014, they joined Kontakt.io as the Head of HR&Legal Ops and HR Lead. In this role, they were responsible for innovating and building the company's recruitment pipeline.

Joanna Wolczanska attended Higher Vocational State School from 2004 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Art in English. Joanna then attended Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie from 2007 to 2010, studying Economics.
