Adrian Parry

Adrian Parry has extensive work experience in human resources, particularly in the fashion and retail industry. Adrian currently holds the position of VP Human Resources EMEA at Kontoor Brands, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at VF Corporation in various roles including Global HR Director Kipling, HR Director Supply Chain EMEA, HR Director Shared Services EMEA, HR Director Timberland EMEA, and HR Business Partner Direct-To-Consumer EMEA. Adrian also has experience as an HR Business Partner at New Look and Selfridges, as well as serving as Country HR Manager - UK at TGI Fridays. Early in their career, they worked at Yum! Brands in roles such as Regional HR Manager - KFC, Compensation & Benefits Manager - KFC & Pizza Hut Europe, and Finance Manager - KFC.

Adrian Parry obtained a Post Grad Degree in HR Management with a focus on CIPD from Kingston University, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed a Graduate Degree at the University of Westminster from 1993 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Adrian also obtained a certification in ODC Organizational Design from Aarhus BSS - Aarhus University in 2017.
