Christian Woodman has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Christian started in 1994 at Wrangler as a Cutting Room & Small Parts Sewing Engineer, where they implemented innovative ideas to reduce fabric waste. Christian then became a Laundry & Finishing Engineer, spearheading the startup of the Laundry department and designing workflows and layouts. Woodman also served as a Sewing Plant Engineer, integrating Wrangler's SOP into a new startup plant and overseeing various infrastructure improvements.
In 2003, Woodman joined VF Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer, coordinating three sewing plant's engineering staff and overseeing cost reduction efforts. Christian later joined 7 For All Mankind as the Compliance, Quality and Engineering Director, establishing a compliance department and ensuring safety regulations were met.
Woodman returned to VF Corporation and worked as a Senior Industrial Engineer, overseeing projects and analyzing efficiency across multiple departments. Christian then became a Division Manager, supervising a team of engineers and managing budgets. Woodman's most recent role was with Kontoor Brands, Inc., where they served as the Director of Quality.
Christian Woodman attended North Carolina State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in Material Science and Engineering with a focus on Materials Engineering. Christian also pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey from 2007 to 2009.
