Kathryn Girolami

Kathryn Girolami, MBA, PMP, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in HR systems, project management, compensation, and performance management. Currently serving as Senior Project Manager for Total Rewards at Kontoor Brands, Inc. since September 2019, Kathryn previously held various senior positions at VF Corporation, including Senior Project Manager for People Services, and has experience as an HRIS Lead at Ascend Performance Materials. With a strong background in process improvement and successful implementation of HR initiatives, Kathryn has made significant contributions throughout their career, including the migration from Lawson to ADP HR and the deployment of an integrated talent management solution. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
