Tom Elkins

Tom Elkins is a seasoned ServiceNow Certified Master Architect with extensive experience in technical consulting and solution architecture. Currently serving as a Platform Architect at Konversational since January 2023, Tom previously held positions at Engage ESM and Accenture, where responsibilities included leadership roles overseeing teams and designing functional documents. Tom's career began at Keysight Technologies as an Internal Technical Engineer, providing technical support and achieving high customer satisfaction, followed by a role as an Online Maths Tutor. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Reading and a strong foundation in technology and education from earlier academic institutions.
