Yuliya Rak

Yuliya Rak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, operations, and learning and development, currently serving as Head of Talent and Operations at Konversational since September 2022. Previously, Yuliya held significant roles at Symphony Solutions, including Head of Operations and Planning, where coordination of new operational locations, recruitment process formalization across multiple countries, and implementation of productivity metrics were key achievements. Yuliya has a strong background in change management, having led initiatives to enhance employee experiences in remote operations, and has contributed to various projects aimed at talent strategy, performance management, and employee engagement across organizations such as JTI and UNDP Ukraine. Yuliya holds multiple qualifications, including an MBA and strategic HR certifications, underscoring a robust foundation in management and human resources.
