Adam Trippe-Smith has a decade of experience in the business sector. In 2019, they became the Founder & Managing Director of Konvoy Kegs and Co-Founder & Director of White Bay Beer Co. From 2012 to present, they have been the Managing Director of Smithfactor & Co., Board Member of Gold Telethon for Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation, Director of M&A for APN News & Media, Non Executive Director for APN Outdoor, and Non-Executive Director for Independent Brewers Association. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Founder & Managing Director of McLaren Vale Beer Company, and from 2012 to present, they have been the Founder & Managing Director of Kegstar.

Adam Trippe-Smith completed their Bachelor of Accounting (BAcc) from the University of South Australia in 1996. Adam then went on to pursue an MBA from the Melbourne Business School in 2008.
