Juan Moreno

Juan Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Juan'smost recent position is as a Senior Sales Executive at Los Primos Auto Plaza, where they started in February 2023. Prior to this, Juan worked at Koombea as a Business Development professional starting in September 2022.

From April 2022 to August 2022, Juan held the role of Learning & Business Development Manager at BKPO. In this role, their responsibilities included identifying and monitoring training needs, designing and implementing training programs, and reviewing and enhancing existing programs. Prior to this, they served as a Training Lead at BKPO from March 2022 to April 2022.

Before joining BKPO, Juan worked at Kreamtic & Co, where they held several positions. From January 2022 to March 2022, they were the Head of Creative Content, and from October 2018 to March 2022, they served as the Process Improvement and Leadership Manager. Additionally, they were a Project Delivery Manager from January 2017 to September 2018.

Juan also has experience at Meta and Airbnb. At Meta, they worked as a Trainer from October 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Team Leader at Airbnb from January 2020 to October 2020.

Juan Moreno attended the University of San Francisco from 2019 to 2024, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Concurrently, they also studied Political Science (Ciencia Política) at Universidad de Los Andes during the same period. In terms of additional certifications, Juan obtained several, including "Liderazgo de equipos" from the University of Michigan in September 2022, "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs", "How to Find and Use Your Strengths", and "Organizational Learning and Development" from LinkedIn in May and April 2022, respectively. Juan also obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in March 2022. In 2020, Juan completed the online course "HKS101A_4: U.S. Public Policy: Social, Economic, and Foreign Policies" offered by HarvardX - An Online Learning Initiative by Harvard University through edX.
