Jean-Antoine Hours

Jean-Antoine Hours has worked in the IT field since 2009. From 2018 to present, they have been employed by ACTIA Group as an Ingénieur Support. From 2017 to 2018, they were employed by Koosmik Corp as Head of IT Services, responsible for consulting and service on all IT aspects, including strategy, external DSI, coordination of providers, writing and formatting procedures, auditing, and security. From 2009 to 2017, they were employed by TOKHATEC as an Ingénieur d'Application, responsible for technical implementation of products and solutions, maintenance of technical skills, support and integration, IT maintenance of networks and telephony, administration of computer systems, security, internet access, and system backups. Jean-Antoine was also responsible for product implementation on strategic accounts, sales support, data sheets and documentation, website updates, product referencing, and product database management. Jean-Antoine also provided training on methods and tools provided to clients.

Jean-Antoine Hours attended Ville d'Avray from 2006 to 2008 and obtained a DUT in GEII (Génie Electrique et Informatique Industrielle).
